Empowering Future CX Leaders: ATGI Partners with the University of Oklahoma to Advance the Customer Experience Certification Program

ATGI is excited to announce our advisory role and partnership with the University of Oklahoma's (OU) Customer Experience (CX) certification program. Through this collaboration,  ATGI’s technology framework and human-centered design principles  empower future leaders with advanced knowledge in CX. Our support for OU’s program strengthens user-experience education, offering students current, industry-specific training to prepare them with practical skills and tools for innovating the customer journey.
